I must have thought about it for three or four years and thought in all of the films nobody had asked a very simple question, which was; What ever happened to Jonesy? How long was he in Ripley's apartment? What value to The Company were Jonesy's memories? And, did Jonesy dream of electric mice? I've just started working with screenwriters, but we have cast Jean Reno in the lead role as Léon 9. Might I a have a swig of your ale?"
"Yes, of course."
And like that he was off.

Ha! We've already seen Predator vs Terminator, its called Predator 1 and I just watched it last night. "What's the matter Dillon, been pushing too many pencils?" So good...

I can see it now. When jerks from the company make it to her appartment, they find Jones asleep on the couch. When they wake him, they say: "has no one told you how long you've been in here? FIFTY....SEVEN......YEARS."
and then Jones is like "KILL-LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL ME-EEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeee"

I wonder where they kept his litter box, unless they simply let him do it anywhere.
..and I wonder whose cryo tube he shared (unless he had his own mini-cryo-tube off to the side that we didn't see).
