Derelict/Juggernaut - Seductive Intergalactic Predator

Firstly what if the Derelict/Juggernaut requires a living pilot to fully function, and ensnares such an individual through some form of infection, which creates an empathic bond between the vessel and the prospective pilot in which the vessel seduces the pilot in terms of knowledge, power and of course sexually.
Although it hasn't been confirmed yet, it may be possible that Holloway becomes a Space Jockey/Engineer. So my idea may not be too far fetched, and maybe we see something similar in Prometheus, maybe.
Secondly, what if the pilot of the Derelict/Juggernaut on LV-426 was a traveler from a distant world that happened across a planet like the one in Prometheus and became the pilot of the aforementioned Derelict/Juggernaut, but once connected to the vessel the vessel became aware of the pilots home planet and decided to target that planet to be host to its deadly cargo of Alien/Xenomorph eggs. The pilot becoming aware of this deactivates the laser-mist protecting the eggs allowing him to be sensed by a facehugger and inevitably attacked. Without a pilot the Derelict/Juggernaut was forced to land on a nearby, primordial planet before activating a beacon knowing that any lifeforms travelling within the vicinity would curiously investigate, thus sealing their fate.
This would explain why the signal was inactive in Alien's - the Derelict/Juggernaut was aware that its beacon snare had succeeded, and thus shut it down to save energy.
