Okay, so like most here I've gone above and beyond watching the trailer and making plans to see Prometheus. I've actively read and searched for every piece of information possible and now, well, I'm regretting it. I'm afraid I've spoiled too much for myself, some stuff maybe total rubbish or absolutely true. Case in point, I want it out. Everything I know about this film, save for the title and release date, I want removed. Drinking myself stupid and slamming my head against the wall will probably get the desired results, but in the process do more damage. So, how do you get it out? Do you avoid everything about the film (why did I register on this site then?! Ha) or do you flood yourself with total BS and blur the lines between fact and rumors to the point you don't know what's true anymore? If your like me, I'm pretty sure you're regretting finding out some stuff and want to take it back or get it out before June 8th. Any ideas? Thanks.

@Mark That's exactly what my brother said. I'm tempted in spoiling some things for him because he ruined "MOON" for me. @Markos Love the line. At least I can learn some Latin and a lesson for future films. But knowing me, I'll attack them with the same zeal I have Prometheus. @belladonna I prefer large doses of Fat Tire and Bourbon. Surprisingly it worked, but I also forgot a few other things... at least I think I did, ha ha.

i suggest tequilla, i am missing large chunks of my memory due to tequilla. mmm prairie fires! a shot of tequilla with a few shakes of hot sauce.

@MolokPlus: Already too late for that my friend! "Scripta a mana" I think that's the Latin for "written archives stand for ever"...or something. So, what's written is written ...you cannot take it back, for whoever has read it, he has made it a part of his self and mind...you can't take it away from him... But I understand what you mean...we should let some portion of surprise to the film...not try to find everything out... But I rest assure (and you should be too) that the film will be an original, and will take us by surprise, no matter what we've read or thought or devised..so far... Best Regrards Markos

@MolokoPlus I know what you mean. My advice is to book your ticket. Done mine - 4pm BFI IMAX London 4pm 1st June. Since doing that I have totally stop searching for new intel. Was going for the midnight show on Thursday/Friday, but I was refused by the wife..... ;-)
