And in popular myth Lucifer was his revered and honorable name until his self induced isolation and growing impacience to 'bring light to the Universe' made 'him' become ever-more isolated, greedy and thirsting to break-away on his own. God then grew intolerant of him as Lucifer tried to challenge him for the vaults of power but was rebuked for is insolence. He was taken up and thrown down to the depths of his own making: 'His Own Hell' ultimately cast out of Heaven for all time to wander amidst the chaos and indeed the concequences of his actions. He was thus stripped of his name: Lucifer (The Bringer of Light) or (New Light) (New Dawn) and was ever after "reduced" to the name of: 'Pan', 'The Devil' ,' Satan'. Much like a parable and correlation to Anakin Skywalker. His honourable name that he was originally 'granted' to him when he in turn was granted 'life.' But that privalige was stripped of him and that of the Jedi order when he assumed the name Darth Vader. The name Lucifer has been misinterpreted many an eon as being evil and the Devil himself. Where that is true only if you think in terms, what 'he' (Lucifer) once was is stiill inside of him currently but has been pushed to a deeper place within and amongst his inner-rage. Lucifer was an honorable name at fist, bestowed to him and exhalted by GOD himself according to popular myth. It gets crossed-over and confused with evil. The Devil and Satan are the end products of what Lucifers poor choices ultimately lead himinto becoming ultimately but when he was 'created' - as Lucifer, the Bringer of Light, he never started-off that way.

Now I'm not religious I just have come across various things and this thread seems interesting to comment upon. Chiefly the reason for my interest also is because Aurthur. C. Clarke mentions the name lucifer a lot in regards to Jupiter collapsing down and in upon itself to explode as a nova - giving birth to the new sister star in the Solar System: Sol Two and the designation in popular myth it is given is appropriately named: Lucifer "The Bringer of Light" or "New Light", "New Dawn".

Well there is contradiction if you literally connect the stories. For example if SJ's are our engineers and responsible for panspermia for whatever reason then any other biblical drama after that is just our stories and has nothing to do with SJ's. Besides that lucifer has no mention in other cultures than abrahamic religions.

Inother words 'the good' is still in there as is the case for Anakin Skywalker after becoming Darth Vader and living in the 'Hell of his own making' until Luke helps rekindle the 'real' part of him that had been repressed and pushed to one side. Anakin returns and helps to slay his emperor as, in the end, so the saying goes: "Blood is thicker than water". Luke may have helped Anakin resurface and return to 'the Light' but it was Anakin, in the final acts of his redeption in protecting his son and preserving that of his 'blood line' whom ultimately 'made the choice' to come back. So what I am saying is that the original Lucifer is way down deep-deep inside that of Pan/Satan/The Devil and it need only take a deed to make it resurface as was the sugestive title to the first star Wars prequel "Balance of the Force" where it eventually came to be known as The Phantom Menace.
