Am I the only one... SPOILERS may be included

The one with the things at the back is fifield or another infected crew member, its on all the crew suits if you look. I don't think its the same as the one that attacks shaw, suit looks the same as the blue humanoid thing which is probably a space jockey, i'd say there's multiple ones and that's why there a possible height difference from the one in the pilot room, they don't need to all be same height.

really? never noticed those thingys before... must keep my eyes peeled But the suits are so diferent, one is pumped with stuff, the other one [the SJ] is very tight and Alien like...

...IMO....definitely the same creature!...at some point it gets burned by a flame-thrower and therefor looks different......but on the other hand the cast listing did involve more than one engineer .....or was that space jockey???....so maybe your right?

Juxtapose, look at their suits and compare their legs. They are diferent.

Quick EDIT: I may be wrong abot the gloves. After watching the clips and SJ pics, I noticed the lighting is rather dim. So, considering this, the SJ standing near Shaw when she is down, may not be wearing gloves at all. There is the one pic showing the SJ [?] knealed and messing with the controls near the Chair and it shows him bare armed. Still, I'm not totally convinced of only ONE SJ - or, if you prefer, an original SJ only.

Looking at the height compared to the Door of the one whos running through it and the same door that Vickers runs though and then the one that grabs shaw they both look about the same height, the one looks burnt in the face but maybe its just this shot? Or he gets burnt after he goes through the door and before he gets to Shaw or its two different beings.... i just dont know. The guy does look different to the height of the one in the Orrey Room though, i dont know what the explanation for that would be.... 1) Different beings i.e the latter is either Holloway,Weyland or Fifield. 2) Just the Orrey Room angles make him apear to be bigger and he is suposed to be 7.5 feet tall. 3) Maybe a blooper that Ridley never thought about when trying to do a movie about a 9ft Engineer played by a 7ft actor and never thought we would notice in that shot that he is not 9ft.

So it is either one of three things. This is the engineer and he got the flame thrower on him (His head was not burnt and crispy as seen in other shots) OR there is an Engineer and something else is floating about? A mutated crew member? Possibility? OR 2 Engineers and one of them got the flame thrower?
