Will UFO Sightings/Stories Increase After Prometheus.......

Yes, I heard an alien in my backyard two nights ago saying, 'Help me!" Alas, by the time I got out there, not a sound... I also thought I saw a chestburster, but it was just my spaghetti with italian sausage...DAMN! On a more serious note. There are always sci-fi films in theaters...I see no reason why this one would induce a UFO hysteria, but who knows. I have a feeling we would NOT want to see a UFO after seeing this movie anyhow...

I think so. The people who love mixing UFO and bible and science stuff together will get more food for thought. They will obviously steal some theories from prometheus universe. That said, I have done some search on UFO this week, and this is my observation so far. People indeed are digging ancient astronaut theory as if it was real.

If there come more UFO sightings, then I think "they" are trying to send a message.....a bad message, a message like, uh, we did the wrong thing. For all I know, if Prometheus is influential enough, the media is sure to subsist ufologists and whoever similar by covering more and more paranormal phenomena and UFO sightings.

Well i saw whats described as Fastwalker again last night..... Again could be nothing more than Satilites..... i have seen many things that cant be explained easy... i even seen the TR3 Craft... But untill i see one park in my garden or get a 100% undeniable sighting i am still a little sceptic...

I saw a UFO last nite, it was big, U shaped and when I trekked through the woods to were it had been all I found was an open egg the size of rucksack. Wonder what it means...

I dunno, but I've seen a couple on two different occasions. Whatever they were, they were at extremely high altitutde, and maneuvering in a manner unlike any spacecraft that we possess, [i]of which I'm aware[/i]........very tight turns at very high speed; rapidly changing from the apparent size and brightness of a star, to much brighter than any star, with an almost comet-like appearance. My Son witnessed one of them, so I don't think they were hallucinations.

@Sky Its one of those things.... maybe it has some truth to it maybe it dont... One one hand you have the Bible thumpers who say its not possible because well the Bible came first, and if its not in the Bible its not real and if it is then its just Satans workers created Hoax and Fakes like Dinosaurs. Then we have the other side who beleave in Evolution and the Big Bang, inspite of Science changing its stories every decade and no proof that the Big Bang happened.... The problem is we just dont know whats the truth... Untill God comes down to see me when i am sobre and awak, or Aliens then you cant 100% say they exist but cant disprove them i guess also. So you have to sit on the fence and take the Atheist view and maybe leave the facts to Scientists who speculate and research on probable things at times when no one was around at those times.

The term of "fast walking" does remind me of Signs, though, because that alien moved real fast...because, I guess, that's what they do. TR3 craft; seen pics of it. Satellites, well I don't know about that but I've been learning more about this HAARP system. It's meant to study the ionosphere, but some fiction has shown it weaponized, showing some wicked shit. As for what I've seen, well.......I saw the Moon move once. That blew my mind.

I just hope when they come, that they don't drop off a bunch of mouth-to-ass-huggers. That would NOT be cool!

Well its a case of those who look at the Stars more are inclined to see more. Most people only see a handfull of shooting stars in a lifetime.... i see when the skies are clear which is not often where i am from... i see anything from 0 - 4 a night... i would say i have seen over 200 shooting stars way over that. My brothers mate was out with us the one night and we was looking at the sky drinking for about 1-2 hours when a shooting star went past, the person had never seen one before and he is 39 lol.... I look at the Skies a lot, and i see what look like Stars that move, some faster than others.... but they could be satellites. I had seen on a few occations ones that move then stop, then move in another direction then pick up speed and fly off as fast as a shooting star.... Very odd for a satellite..... But then again from something thats the size of a star in the sky, its not concrete proof they are Flying Space Craft etc... I did however once see one close up and it was like this... @Dave, exactly. But the thing as you explained are skewed and moving away from the truth. I don't know how come evolution has anything to do with aliens and gods. It is just a process that talks about how organisms evolve into what they are from single cell. I guess argument should be about abiogenesis vs creationism vs big bang. I like alien topics but i always treat them from alot of skeptical angle. The reason UFO sightings are odd to me is because i am a guy in metro city with rising population. It is really hard for me to see any UFO out here among people which are more scarier than xenomorphs. lol. That said, stuff like nazca lines and vimanas (aka ufo) intrigues me but as you said, until proof is given i am not buying that.

@BigDave Yeah, I spend a lot of time outside at night as well. If you see something rapidly changing course, multiple times, it isn't a conventional satellite. However, the US does possess vehicles which could be launch-deployed for taking out enemy satellites in case of armed conflict, and these craft would have to be capable of relatively rapid maneuvering. However, what I saw was capable of turning much more tightly than any tactical aircraft at such high velocity......not sure why that would be a requirement for satellites.....maybe part of an anti-missile interceptor system....? *shrug*

Thats the thing..... seeing a light from the sky that moves fast but only looks like a star is no 100% proof of a space craft or Alien UFO And if you saw a closer Alien Craft or UFO again how do we know its Alien? The TR3 that i saw i think could be a Military Black Project.... we have to remember that the Stealth Figher was flying around for 20 years before they disclosed it.

One thing is for sure - prometheus is going to raise the thinking level of UFOLogist and alien theory preachers.
