A question for any Dead Space fans

This really has nothing to do with Prometheus. I'm just curious for my own good. Back when the first Dead Space came out I could have sworn I read somewhere that there were a couple of "Alien" or "Weyland/Yutani" references in the game. Anyone remember seeing or hearing about this?

I love the dead space series.. Wish they would turn it into a movie like this.. Love space films!

Oh, and I remember reading something on that.. They picked some stuff from the alien franchise.. for the feel of the game.

It's hard to do a scifi horror game [or movie] without the feel of Alien. It's inevitable.... mostly

I think if they make a game on the movie then the way Dead Space goes is the kind they need to try and aim for. As in terms of type of game....

I played the crap out of Dead Space, and Dead Space 2. Probably one of my faves. I do not remember anything referencing Alien, but the atmosphere totally had the ingrediants!
