I'm bowing out, but RIPLEY *will* live!

I've decided to avoid any further PROMETHEUS spoilers here or elsewhere. I actually stopped looking at anything after I saw the trailer featuring the 'cobra/eel' critter, as I realised I was beginning to see too much for my liking. But I'd like to thank this site and it's contributers for the entertaining build-up to this much-awaited Ridley Scott movie...and look forward to seeing everyone's reactions to it after I've seen it on June 1st, and catching up with all the spoiler-ific articles etc. that I've skipped over the past while. I wonder how much of my own speculations that I described a while back in these 2 topics below will end up being true?
