I can't imagine an entity being good or bad at the top. It is just like that, there are no emotions. Do you have emotions towards crayons even at this age like you used to do in child hood? Do you have emotions towards ants that you kill while walking driving or running? We don't pay attention to small details as we go higher. Empathy is for people who stagnate and stop moving forward. It is my observation that if humans achieve the power of making every species out there, they'll not have emotions of their death and birth. Gods are also like that. If one version fails, they can always create another. So do you think entity such as this gives a buck whether their experimental species die or born or do whatever?

All in all, the SJs are pissed because Prometheus crew messes with his stuff, even though there is a blatant Mural right there stating: ATTENTION HUMANS AND ANDROIDS ALIKE: IF YOU TOUCH MY STUFF I WILL GET RATHER ANNOYED. LOOK BUT DON'T TOUCH!! p.s.: - and don't feed Bob either you Schmuks.
