I think the Space Jockeys might be the good guys. They create life, they are ancient and advanced, and the sent us an invitation. I think we go to the planet, take their tech, and decide to use it as we please. I think we are then deemed dangerous. If you think about all the evidence to support this. The warning from the original Alien, the invitation, Weyland claiming to be a god.

I can't imagine an entity being good or bad at the top. It is just like that, there are no emotions. Do you have emotions towards crayons even at this age like you used to do in child hood? Do you have emotions towards ants that you kill while walking driving or running? We don't pay attention to small details as we go higher. Empathy is for people who stagnate and stop moving forward. It is my observation that if humans achieve the power of making every species out there, they'll not have emotions of their death and birth. Gods are also like that. If one version fails, they can always create another. So do you think entity such as this gives a buck whether their experimental species die or born or do whatever?

Uncertainty is the only certainty there is, and knowing how to live with insecurity is the only security.

All in all, the SJs are pissed because Prometheus crew messes with his stuff, even though there is a blatant Mural right there stating: ATTENTION HUMANS AND ANDROIDS ALIKE: IF YOU TOUCH MY STUFF I WILL GET RATHER ANNOYED. LOOK BUT DON'T TOUCH!! p.s.: - and don't feed Bob either you Schmuks.
