Interesting Translated French Magazine.

We can only assume that the person translated it well. Seems to me that it was a Epic Article and its a pitty the English Magazine ones kind of sucked... I was gonna get one untill they had Space Jockey as being 8M which is like 25ft tall lol.... I only wish they translated all of the Magazine, but if this is legit then it does shed some light on the movie and should stop some peoples worries about the Movie.

No original text? That last pic, would that suggest the alien is naked? (we kept thinking it's in a suit)

Well, I did the translation and did send the file on the website's e-mail yesterday (at the same time I sent it to Viscal on prom-forum), cause we had discussed it with BugHunter and it could have been posted as a news. I also PMed BugHunter and Craigamore to let them know it was in the site's inbox but I had no reply at all up to now... :/ Now that it's posted, I wouldn't mind that you would credit me for it, cause the translation and editing took some working... Was all happy it was done and sent and now my parade is spoiled... nevermind, I will be watching 'Prometheus' in little more than 4 days now! Haha!

I would recommend that everybody reads it...unless your super scared about being spoiled....it does not give away too much....it's been posted here before....but I reckon it's worth a second round....one of the most interesting Prometheus related articles i have read so far!

It does indicate that the planet they discover in prometheus - as well as the derelict (juggernaut) and space jockey are the same ones seen in Alien.

I did the editing to make it look nice and keep you guys entertained and reading. The page set-up and pics are not 'as-in the magazine', I just went for best pics and tried to link it with the text in a funny way whenever possible ('in the corridors of the prometheus' / Vickers+Weyland etc...). I closed the pdf on an image of Bolaji Badejo who played the Alien in the original 1978 film. It has no meaning except 'linking to Alien' with 'not exactly a xenomorph' cause my PDF is not a prequel either (humour inside) I think you posted that in the wrong section cause it DOES contain important spoilers/confirmations. Also you posted the link to the wrong PDF file cause there is a corrected version coming after it. Probably I shall create a thread a bit later in the **SPOILER** section...

Seems to confirm that the Engineers and the Space Jockeys are the same and humans don't mutate into them (which I've said all along!)...

@iapetus Well Credit where it is due...... Oh man i got to read through it again in the updated one... ;) Good job your work on it has been a very interesting read, well done again. Does make me feel their is more of a Alien Connection than i started to think there was.

@takka_takka_takka and RicK nope, you can forget that. It's a sentence by the reporter and all bull$*t IMO. In this introduction part, the reporter just carelessly summarizes a rough outline of the plot (his rough outline of the plot) in order to have everyone crave for more info through the rest of the magazine. I considered not including that, but then I thought "if someone has the original french magazine and claims I removed it on purpose, then no one will believe anything I wrote in there".
