janek and ravel

could be... maybe set the ship to auto pilot to crash into the Juggernaut? much like captain kirks dad did in the new star trek, but with them it worked and they escaped, in that he died :)

i wondered if vickers uses an ecape pod and janek and crew use a lifeboat ? i do not know :)

It would actually seem a little weird if Janek would sacrifice his own life crashing the Prometheus into the Juggernaught when there are actually escape pods and possibly lifeboats aboard the ship.

This is the bridge. You can see the MSD "pool table" behind Janek. Looks alot like the setup from the Leonov.

He don´t seems to be seated at the main control panel. Also, there is something behind them that appears to be the main hologram table. I think this is the Prometheus deck indeed.

there is a clear photo of Ravel ( ?not sure ) and Chance in the lifeboat ( btw i think that this one is in the Prometheus ..janek is sitting in one of the chairs of Ravel and Chance , just behind his own )

Also, he has a coffee tumbler in his hand so unless it's one of those mornings when you wake up from a hangover and find yourself with no options but to ram an alien vessel filled with weaponised biomechanical cargo... it's probably the Prometheus in a more casual moment.

In one of the latest trailers (Prometheus Landing) ... I reckon he's actually sitting BEHIND those two guys at the front (abordoli's image) ... he gets up and walks past them and then to the main console in the trailer ;) ...

@nuthugger...ha! i was thinking the same thing. Janek's the true badass of the movie if he kamakazi's the alien invaders without spilling a drop of his machiatto.
