Truly a moment to remember, exactly 33 years ago on this day was the first ever US screening of A L I E N. Happy Birthday! Without you, dear Alien, none of us would be here right now. Man, I used to have a type writer and then when the word processor came out, I was like..wow and I had an Atari 2600...

I used a type-writer through 1989. Word-processors were shoddy at best and dot-matrix printers made your stuff look awful. The only good PC/processor out there was the Macintosh. WordPerfect wasn't bad, but who wanted a DOS based paperweight?

yeah, I had pretty much used a type writer for all things, WP's were too expensive for our family. I remember when my dad brought me home my first SEGA unite and it came with the game Altered Beasts...good times.

Weyland sneakers....WTF hahahahaha I truly wish all of you younger people who didnt get to see Alien in its prime get to see in Prometheus a similar great experience....not the rush of panic and terror that was Alien....but something similar...more horrible...hahaha You guys are in for a treat....imagine how good a soup that has been cooking for all these years is gonna taste...smiles

Never got to see A L I E N in it's prime, though my love for it still stands strong, let's hope Ridley and Prometheus give me a similar experience. I want that guitar SO bloody bad!!!!! Geez!

@It'sLikeAnAnthive Damn, The intro Rifs for "The Wanton Song" by Zeppelin and "Don't fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult would sound so damn fine on that thing if I had my way !!!
