For those who didn't understand the reference, it's Diablo (final boss) as depicted in Diablo III. Having been a fan of Diablo games since the first one, I find the evolution of the looks the titular character to be very poor, moving from devilish to snake-ish and finally this poor yet overdone zerg-ish rendition. I don't see anything Giger in it.

Total, Philistine, uninspired crap in my opinion. Belongs on the front of a cereal box or IF it is a tattoo - on somebody's backside.
