How I am training for Prometheus

MemberOvomorphMay 28, 20121290 Views5 RepliesFor the last three months I have been intensely training for my first viewing of Prometheus.
My regimen consists of:
1. Daily one mile run, at a 6 minute pace.
2. Calisthenics on a schedule of workout, then two days rest, repeat.
I usually do three sets of each, for a total of:
100 situps, 80 squats, 50 pushups, 10 chinups and 10 pullups.
3. Diet: Healthy! No processed/fast food or refined sugar.
With two weeks left to go I am in damn good shape!
Body fat: 8%
Resting heart rate: 55 BPM
Blood pressure: 100/60
Three days before the show there will be no training, to ensure my body is completely rested. I will also heavily carb load by eating lots of pasta.
How are the rest of you training for Prometheus?
