I'm just curious to see how many members, were "there" in Spring of '79 to see it on the big screen. I'll go first... I DID! Can't wait for PROMETHEUS on June 8th!

I saw it when i was 10 years old. My aunt and new uncle took me to see it. Had nightmares for months. My mother bought me a alien garbage can for my room, and an alien doll. Wish i still had it. I will not be taking my 12 year old son to see it. Going by myself. LOL

Yes, I was there way back then! I was transfixed, gobsmacked, totally in awe......now if only another movie would come along & match it!!! HEHE heard of any?

I was born in 1985......so, if I'm lucky, Prometheus will be my own "1979 Alien" experience. Trying to think of it as a "passing on to the next generation" thing...
