"Terrifying battle?" Am I missing something? (spoilers-inside)

Then I started thinking back to it, specifically back to the boilerplate movie description put out by Fox, and ostensibly RS himself (found on IMDB, rottentomatoes, etc:
Ridley Scott, director of Alien and Blade Runner, returns to the genre he helped define. With Prometheus, he creates a groundbreaking mythology, in which a team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race. -- (C) Official Site
The key in there for me is the line - There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.
Whether you like/dislike the movie i would think we can all agree on one thing...a 10 second fight in the Engineer control room and 5 second 'chase' is not exactly a 'terrifying battle!'
based on that description alone, i guess i expected more in terms of 'battle.' am i way off base here?
