watching prometheus..... NOW!

oh my god, there is nothing wrong with this film.

I enjoyed it too, and all I've seen is the online low-res version. Friday I see it in IMAX. It can't do anything but improve the experience.

Just try not discussing it on an open forum too, I have a feeling Fox has people watching this place for things like that, and if you get busted, well, I wouldn't want to be you................ PMs would be better for that kind of discussion.

Kinda disappointed to hear people are watching a rip... Sci-fi will never stay big budget of people keep watching illegal downloads instead of going to theater.

Someone give this man a badge! You should be proud! The reason I'm watching it online is because I live overseas and can't see it until August. Otherwise, I would wait for the release in a couple days, but I'm not in the states. I'm still planning to see it in the theaters in August. But I wanted to catch it before it was spoiled anymore by the media and this site. You know what's more pathetic than someone watching a cam rip of a film they will still pay to see in the theater? The way you guys have ruined the experiencing with your spoilers and your over hype and negativity about the film. I will never participate in one of these forums and follow a film so closely again. I think I would have had an even better experience if I had stayed away. Sincerely.

I think that watching a Cam Warez version of a movie is not the way to go... not only for legal issues.... But just to enjoy the movie... If your one who enjoys the movie, you would have spoilt it a bit as i feel that if you watched it in IMAX or what ever then you would have had a much better experience. If your one who does not enjoy the movie, then if you dislike parts of it, you would also not be able to enjoy the visual aspect of the movie and detail which is very grand indeed... and also if you dont enjoy the movie you would then not go and pay to see it in the Cinema and thats kind of like stealing from Fox. I am going to see the movie again hopefully the weekend if not next week, i dont know if seeing it a 2nd time and maybe not in 3D will lead me to enjoy it more than 1st time or not... I am glad you enjoy the movie, i felt it had some flaws but then again most Sci Fi movies will have a tough time trying best Alien, Blade Runner and Star Wars EP4 etc. If you enjoy the movie as you are seeing it, then i guess you can fully enjoy the visual spendor that it is in 3D when you go to see the movie at the Cinema. There is a lot of potential for Prometheus 2, would like to see Ridley Scott put more of his Stamp on the 2nd movie the guy is a Genius and does not need help in making a movie.... Hopefully with some elements from Prometheus that will not make it to number 2 due to how the story goes, a bigger Budget and Prometheus 2 would have less things to try and cover and give us a really great story. The ideas that Ridley and Co have are so vast and i look forwards to seeing which way and what ending they explore in Prometheus 2.

That's where it came from RSAND ;-) @want-to-see, I just don't agree with piracy at all, and if you are in a country that isn't getting it until August I do feel for you in that regard, but how hard would it be to get to a country that DOES have it showing right now? Seriously, how hard? Arrogant? You really think my opposition to piracy is arrogant? I waited, patiently, for 20 years for this movie, and I didn't figure 2 more days was that big a deal. And NO ONE forced you to come onto the forum, no one held a gun to your head and said "Either you join this website and look at what people are saying about the movie or I blow you away." Did they? No, didn't think so. And Svanya is right, as long as people continue to pull this kind of crap we'll continue seeing half arsed crap spewed out of movie studios because the studios spent their budgets fighting people in court over piracy. Sorry that your country doesn't get it till August, but y'know what? Suck it up Princess. On top of all that, it IS theft, plain and simple.

@want-to-see-prometheusNOW! I do kind of see your point.... and i guess yes you will see it in the Cinema when it gets released.... Sometimes though the companies who make the movies dont see it that way. I admit i have with another movie i saw it in Cinema.... then weeks after waited for a decent copy and optained one to watch before DVD release as i wanted to see movie again and it was ended at pictures but not yet on DVD. But then i got the movie on DVD... lol then Blue-Ray ;)..... i did draw the line when they brought a 3D Blue Ray out though as although i have 3D TV i did not want to go get the movie 3 times... Maybe i treat my self if i come across the 3D one when it drops to like under $10/£7
