Does Ridley Scott really hate AVP that much?

That made no sense, the Xenos are not the dominant race and I have no idea where you got that idea

He must be pissed now since the AVP movies were more entertaining than his newest flick

Xenos you are yet to see, the ones in the Alien franchise are just half breeds of a superior race.

For someone who hates AVP, his movie sure does look a lot like it. From the archaeological writings found across cultures all over the world, to the scene where Charlize The mission - which looks and sounds very much like Sanaa Lathan's scene in AVP. I still hated AVPR, but AVP was good. I read that James Cameron was pleasantly surprised with AVP. Did anyone else notice the similarity in Prometheus?

what i had a problem with is that he ruined the avp movies by saying (with his goo) that the prometheus mission lead to the start of the xnomorphs and the avp movies say that (befor this even comes close in 2004 not 2093) the xnoes have been around for millions of years
