Human = Bioweapon! Mankind's role in Prometheus

First of all, I'd like to say this forum community comes up with some really amazing theories! Not every post may be kind or even really mature, but you guys / gals have some fantastic ideas! I want to cover these great ideas up so Lindelof can't use them to fill in his story (lol!).
Ok, so after I tackled my idea on the black goo and my opinion on the first space jockey scene (http://www.prometheus-movie.com/community/forums/topic/7310&page=1 <-- If you'd like to check it out), I still believe the movie leads us, the audience, to the conclusion we came from Space Jockeys.
So... why were we buddies with Space Jockeys and them giving us star maps, and now they want to kill us?
Here are three of my theories:
1. This theory I believe goes along best with the 'story' as I interpreted it from Prometheus. We're Xenomorph fodder. They created humans so they could harvest Xenomorphs from us to use against another enemy. We're basically the bullet shell, and they have to put the gunpowder in us (aka Xenomorph chestbursters!). Sadly, their facility was compromised so they couldn't finish the job. Thus, the Pilot Space Jockey was in such a rush to get back to Earth.
2. (Now I just thought of this theory today, and is really the whole reason why I wanted to post this thread! This is a pretty crazy theory, so please try to be open minded.)
There are two factions of Space Jockeys. One faction has created a bio-weapon called Xenomorphs. The other Space Jockey faction has created a competing bio-weapon called Humans. Yep! I'm saying Humans are the answer to the evil Xenomorphs. That's why the good Space Jockeys kept showing us LV-223 by giving us those nifty star maps. Like, "Ok guys... once you're able to understand this, go here and kick that facility's butt!" I mean why else would our 'creators' be sending us to a weapon's facility? So we could blast them out of the universe that's why! So... feels pretty cool being a weapon designed to kick Xenomorphs out of the sky right? ;D
3. This theory is a twist on the 2nd theory. There is a larger scarier alien race that's threatening the Space Jockeys; so the Space Jockeys had a little showdown on which Space Jockey faction could create the best bio-weapon. One faction created humans, and the competing faction of Space Jockeys created black goo Xenomorphs. Well, the humans were taking too long to mature into the rage'n fighting machine so the Xenomorph black goo won. Yet, before they could start mass production (harvest the humans on earth) their facility was compromised.
Even though I may have a controversial idea on the first scene of the movie; I still believe the movie's main plot is to show yes Engineers made us. I just think they made us to fight Xenomorphs... which does explain the entire Alien series! I mean, we sure do fight them a lot! ;D
