Hadley's Hope
MemberOvomorphJun-11-2012 4:55 PMYou started this with a one liner hoping for the rest of them didn't you?
Yes, it was a good line that I found amusing especially as David's sinister reply is "good health!".
David has quite a few lines with double meanings, and some with Holloway, although Holloway doesn't get them.
Remember when he asks David why he's wearing a helmet when he doesn't need to breathe? David replies that "you people" are more comfortable if David acts like them.
Holloway - "They're realing making you close"
David - "not too close, I hope" Pretending that he hopes not to be "too close for Holloways comfort" , I read this as meaning... "let's hope they don't make us into dumb frat boys like you Dr. Holloway."
By the way, I thought that "you people" was David channelling Roy Batty

That was my favorite quote as well. Hilarious and made David look a bit more sinister! Great line. Haha
