Another "the aliens were here first" film

There seems to be a running fascination in Hollywood with trying to adapt the idea into the plot that the aliens were here first. This is isn't quite a criticism. I'm okay with recycling simple plot devices as long as the presentation is good. This thread however is started with the intention of asking if anyone here can list all the movies that use this plot device in the story.
