I think the xenos are done. I don't think the sequels, if they are made, will dive into much regarding the xenos. Maybe a little side note but nothing substantial. People don't seem to realize that RS believes that the xenos have been done to death and wants to get far away from them. Just because the Deacon looks xenoish doesn't mean that he is eventually going to breed the xenos we know. I just don't think RS cares and I don't think he's going to go in that direction. If he wanted to explain where the xeno came from he could have done that in this film. I hope he doesn't to be honest.
Really, just listen and read what RS says about the xenos. Do you think he's doing this to tell how xenos were created? No. He's dealing with much bigger things here.
And why does everyone care so much? I think it puts a big hinderance on the films to come. Why do they simply have to tell where xenos came from. I don't mind if they do explain it a little but it obviously isn't what they're going to be about.
What do you guys think? Why is it so important to find out EXACTLY how the xeno was created? What's the difference? They're obviously bio-weapons made from primordial soup. What more do we need to know? Do we need to see it? Do we really need details? Does it have to be explained?
I don't know about anyone else but I loved being taken in a new direction with this film. I would like to be taken even farther away with the sequels.
