In the opening scene, why is the Engineer (the big guy) drinking that black ooze? Then his body breaks down, goes into water, then the particles morph into what? Aliens? Were the Engineers growing Aliens to harvest their eggs as weapons? Is the planet at the beginning and the planet the story takes place on the same planet?
