Weyland time inconsistency

The alien that emerges from the Engineer is not a 'Proto-Xeno', neither is the alien that is removed from Shaw's uterus a 'Proto-Facehugger'. If you look at the Xeno mural, you can see a more traditional looking facehugger inpregnating a humanoid (It's actually identical to the Alien concept art) in the bottom right. There is no young Weyland in Alien 3 but there is a Bishop II. He is either the human designer of the Bishop android seen in Aliens or a modified version with red fluid instead of milky white; sent by the company to try & trick Ripley into letting them 'help' her. My money is on him being an android due to the massive head injury he receives from Aaron "85" which he then just shakes off. You're thinking of Aliens vs Predator which has Lance Henriksen playing Charles Bishop Weyland. However most Alien & Predator fans don't consider those films canon, so in the Alien universe Peter Weyland started Weyland Industries. I don't think Prometheus 2 has been given the green light yet, unfortunately.

I agree . It's not Weyland in Alien 3. It's a lying android who knows that Ellen Ripley doesn't trust androids. And yes the Alien excisted long before the end of this film. look at the mural on the ceiling and the engraving on the back door of the temple. Right there, but very briefly. And also, Alien 3 is about 85 years after Prometheus.

Peter Weyland (from Prometheus) was born on Oct. 1 1990. Charles Bishop Weyland (from AVP) was killed in 2004. While Charles age is unknown it’s safe to say he was at least in his sixties due to his illness. Given the 14 years between the two events it is plausible that Charles could be Peter’s Father or Grandfather.

According to the Weyland official site, Weyland is 103 years old in prometheus. (he was born in 1990 and prometheus takes place in 2093). That's plausible since the technology capable of cure cancer must be capable of slightly slow down aging. And, like some of us have already said, there isn't a Weyland in the end of Alien 3, by what we've seen in the screen, that man can be: A-An android from the same model of Bishop (Bishop II), if he's lying B-A Weyland-Yutani employee related to Android industry, if he's telling the truth...
