For me I recon he said "I farted in your oxygen tube while you were sleeping" and the engineer had a bit of a smile and then Davad said "no seriously I did" and thats when the engineer tore his head off.. o_O

There was green blood or goo on the door panel where the engineers touched,David just traced the pattern where the blood was,I once figured out a number pad panel on a bank door based on the numbers that were worn :)

I think David said to the Engineers that: We are come from the Earth, this is my creator, who want to live forever, so give immortality to him. The Engineers want to destroy the mankind, and David ask this from him. He is getting angry and kill Weyland with his own creature's head.

I think David asked the Engineer if he could follow him on Twitter, but being a facebook wh*re the Engineer got mad and ripped his head off.
