Prometheus - Great!

I agree. :) I think it's one of the very few movies I have seen on opening night. (I rarely go to the movies.) I won't be able to re-watch it in the cinema again, but I can't wait to get the blu ray when it comes out. I can re-watch it over and over then. :P

I am currently living in the Dominican Republic right now. I still have not seen the movie. I have to wait two more weeks. I'm dieing inside to see it.

Great there are people like you round here; let me throw in something funny: usually when i go to cinema i have to visit the toilet AT LEAST one time during the movie! crap, right? Nevertheless there have been some movies that kept me on the seat, and Prometheus NAILED me to the damned thing! OK, the strange behaviour of my bladder is no argument for all this expert movie-critics on this site, but that kinda impressed me...

[u]Ripley[/u]: 8 times? Wow! I'll definitely going back for one more screening of "Prometheus", which will bring me up to 5 viewings of the film. Yesterday I checked the listings for the theater where I've seen "Prometheus" all 4 times and the movie will be in IMAX 3D up until "Dark Knight" is released. That gives me 2 more weeks to catch the film in IMAX 3D before it makes way for Nolan and Co. That said, I am curious to see the film in 2D to see what the film looks like minus the dimming effect that the 3D process has on film prints. I guess that's what I'll get to see when the Blu-Ray of the film is released.
