The fact that she invited Janek to shag her is no real answer, because some of the replicants in Blade Runner were designed specifically for this task, so one may presume that a Scott robot would actually be quite a convincing sexual partner.
She is so young and perfect in comparison to Weyland (by the way, some people are moaning about Weyland having bad make-up but It was quite deliberate - he's supposed to look like no man you have ever seen before, well over 100 years old and propped up by techno that will have God-only-knows what effect on your appearance). Sure, he could have had a test-tube baby, but would he do that?
I think there is a strong clue when she utters the word "Father", which on the face of it appears to be an unnecessary addition. It comes as no real surprise when the relationship is spelled out for us, but the tone of voice and expression bear a striking resemblance to another Scott scene in Blade Runner (Director's cut) where a replicant demands "I want more life... Father".
I wouldn't be surprised if the true answer to Janek's question is "Yes, I am".
The most terrifying fact about the universe is not that it is hostile but that it is indifferent
