Enginner at end

THat's the thing about the Engineers..there didn't seem like there was anything personalized on their body,,Look at the diversity of the Crew,,.. One Engineer sort of looked like the others...

I'm convinced the Engineer at the end is not the same as the "seeding life" Engineers, but rather part of a group of Engineers who used bio-technology to modify themselves (possibly to live longer?) and then wished to use the bio-weapon technology to create their idea of a superior lifeform, the Deacon. They are "evil" Engineers who are not part of the same society that seeds life through sacrifice.

Ian (aka: Bob) is wearing what the wardrobe department referred to as a "pressure suit". We really no nothing of the engineers, we saw two in good detail and a few more thru hologram vision.. Something doesn't sit right with the "evil engineer theory.... Well I mean we know that the ones on LV223 dies some 2000 years ago n we are lead to believe "maybe" it was because we killed one of their ambassadors JESUS. I guess ... So if that's the case y r they evil Jesus wasn't n they supposedly wanted to avenge his death by killing us or whatever. I mean we don't know but even Ridley said that he was gonna put the Jesus word in the movie as to y they wanted us dead. But maybe some felt like let's just forgive the humans and some said screw that killem. Back to the main subject I do believe that their suits are part of them and so therefore while the deacon gestates it's picks up traits o the engineer... People keep asking the same questions which have been answered.. N it looks to me that the engineers don't survive the birth of a xeno
