I guess if this technology pans out.... next steps could be the development of Dream readers- like David used I like the movie Altered States even though its weak scientifically the concepts are exciting taping into our unconscious self and maybe genetic memories- if there is such a thing a lot of these ideas are also explored in blade runner with the replicants not really knowing what is genuine to them or programmed
