New Standard of Conduct added to the Forum Rules

Recently, for a long while actually, we've begun to notice that some of our members seem to think that because they posted a particular opinion, members who disagree have no business challenging that opinion, only those in agreement have the right to comment and the OP vigorously goes after the disagreeing party as though they don't have a right to express themselves in the OP's thread. This is, of course, not the case and totally against what we believe here.
