What if the Engineers created the Predators??

Yeah thats what i am saying they are separate and not connected. AVP was a money maker.... My other point was that if done correct then yes AVP could have become Canon to Alien Universe, if they had gone the route of the AVP Games as opposed to set it on Earth. In the years that are around the present.

I think that nope because 1. Predator universe doesn't really exist in Alien universe like that 2. In AVP:R we can see jockey "skull" which shows that engineers and predators had/have violent contact on each other

Cool idea @Ali3n but the Predator civilization does not exist in Ridley Scotts Alien universe. That connection in film was started back in Peedator 2, when we saw a Xenomorph skull in a Predator ship. The only films that Ridley considers part of his universe are Alien, Prometheous, and Aliens maybe. The last one was directed by Cameron.

there was a picture of one of the monsters (not to sure who it was), but the skin texture looked alot like the predators. maybe just a coincidence . how do you insert a picture? if i knew how i would show you.

In the context of Alien/Aliens and Prometheus.... i would say nope... But that does not mean we wont see Engineers vs Predators especially if Fox thinks there is money in exploring the interaction between both, but it wont have nothing to do with Ridley. Then again introducing the Predator into the Alien and Engineer universe could make sense and work. The idea of AVP was not bad, just its execution was bad and it also created plot holes galore in regards to being any kind of canon with Alien.

I think that if he considers Aliens to be part of the Alien universe, then surely he would also consider Alien 3 + 4 to be a part of it. Imo, the AvP thingy is not a part of the Alien universe, for one thing, it doesn't fit into the Alien timeline, infact it screws it up completely! Also, the predators are never referenced once in the entire Alien series. AvP either exists in its own universe or it is part of the Predator universe. NOT Alien universe IMO!

Let me make this very clear, long, long ago in a Universe filled with Xenomorphs. The head clan leader Xenomorph and a crew of 100,000,000 Xenomorphs boarded a Mothership and invaded the Predator's world. The Xenomorphs won the bloody battle, hence the Predator race no longer exist....... ever again, end of story, they are dead, dead, dead....... so enough with the Predator and the Engineers, the Enginners used their weapon and it worked... so let it rest...... please

It's the opposite. The Predators ruled the Engineers until they rebelled. They were then replaced by humans from an obedient Engineer's DNA. Alien was also controlled by the predators as a weapon. Alien gets some of the DNA from the creature it comes out of. This makes it better at killing creatures with similar DNA. Humans bodies are similar to and come from Engineers. THis is why the predators will eventually use humans to create enough aliens to wipe out all the engineers. For this reason the engineers want to destroy earth. They realized on that moon what the Predators were doing but were killed before they could destroy earth.

Why do people put up so much frivolous garbage that makes no kind of sense to the matter at hand.
