Well Ridley will have to be careful with the interaction with Humans, as it will cause in continuity errors. Paradise has to be a place that is beyond the reach of Earth Ships even in the time frame of Alien Resurrection as far as canon goes there appears to be no contact between Engineers and Humans apart from Prometheus mission and the Nostromos on LV 426. So yes many plot holes could occur that Ridley has to avoid or fix, even before Prometheus the Space Jockey could be one, depends if any part of Weylands colonization of LV 426 ventured back on the Derelict as surely some would have been asking.... who was that dead Pilot?
