Finally 10 11 12...... What Do we think is going to happen?!

I have a feeling 10 11 12 is just myth. A little trick played by Fox to get us all giddy and excited only just to break our hearts :(

i tend to agree with oneironaut. I just dont know what else we could possibly get. We've got a helluva film (imho), a very exhaustive blu ray set, the promise of a sequel, and after seeing the deleted/alternate scenes, its very clear that the theatrical cut of the film is the definitive vehicle for this film (ie: because of that, i dont think 10.11.12 could be anything to do with an extended cut. Clearly, there is no need). I dont think they've done any work on the sequel. It feels like the viral campaign has run its course (the well is dry there). id love to be wrong, but i think 10.11.12 was just a way to keep the fans engaged leading up to the release of the blu ray.

hmmm well i have 2 different types of ideas, the pessimistic and optimistic. my pessimistic ideas are that its probably news we already know, like sequel news or just a little treat that the fan boys would like, like some kind of special box set just like the anthology got with the egg, only it will be an urn or something idk. worst case scenario nothing will happen at all like you said. my optimistic ideas are almost dream like and will probably not happen. one could be the reveal of a high budget tv series based in the Prometheus/alien universe. the other could be that they were working on Prometheus 2 in secret while they were working on Prometheus almost as a cover up, but thats like a fantasy and will most likely never happen. its also possible that it could have something to do with blade runner.

As far as the NECA figures go got mine two days ago where I work! 4-disc set yesterday. Tomorrow, who knows hopefully a trailer for the sequel. Easy to use footage not on Blu-ray extras as a "trailer" for a sequel. Captain America 2 is using unused Avengers footage in the sequel itself, probably a trailer as well.

I hope a small viral is released promoting Paradise but that seems highly unlikely. Well one can still dream :)

Something is afoot, just got a Weyland Investor email that gave me a mock stock certificate to print up saying something about exclusive footage from the Project Prometheus mission.

Okay, so I'm from the UK and 10 11 12 to us is actually the 10th November 2012..............so if nothing happens today...... there may still be a minuscule chance of something happening then.......................yeah right!! Clutching at straws I know. To be honest, what I was hoping for from today was some kind of big announcement of a sequel with a possible teaser trailer - but the fact they have already made the announcement rather informally a few weeks back makes me think that very little if anything will happen today. It begs the question - Why all the hype for nothing??
