Ok my questions Is what happens. To the human (DallasBrett] he is transformed to an egg an then from the human also there is the Transformation to a Facehugger humanengineer =egg+Facehugger or am i Mission something or is it just like the fifield Transformation [which i think the alternate fifield was way better ok think for the answers so far thats all till Now

What eo mean i have One simple question in alien when Dallas and Brett where morphed in eggs ok this eggs would they produce a Facehugger or Not that it since the deacon will make the Same "egg morphing " It also answers the where Do the eggs come from Or Not????

So i am confused at the beginning why did the engineer drink that black goo? By drinking that does it cause the engineers to turn into face suckers? Then the engineers use the tanted water to grow eggs to take to earth to destroy it?

Ah. I getcha now. It seems to me that yes, the eggs Dallas and Brett were turning into would indeed end up having facehuggers in them. And it was a very good idea which I think should have been continued through the series. Seriously chilling.

Mianbailey- what we are assuming here is that there are different forms of Goo for different purposes, hence the Goo at the beginning having a different effect than the Goo in the Urns. Or, the method and quantity of ingestion yields different results. The first possibility gets my vote. Offworldseeder- it would appear that the Engineers are nearly identical. That, along with apparent lack of certain extremities, suggests they are clones, or something like it. Mechanically produced.

My way of thinking has always been that the eggs/facehugger starts off as a much smaller and different organism, almost a bacteria, and is growing/forming as it consumes the host (in this case, Brett and Dallas).
