MemberOvomorphOct-30-2012 4:35 PMParadise begins as Shaw and David make there way to the engineers home planet...Paradise. Shaw repairs David knowing that being whole is dangerous because David has little remorse for the outcome of Shaw but shares in her desire to meet their so called maker.
Deep routed plot and script details are still undeveloped, but the basic plot of the movie will result in the discovery that the engineers home world, contains the engineers God. The plot will reveal that the engineers God is an Alien creature (xenomorph). It will be a design we have not quite seen before but similar to the wall morel. It will be a dark, horrible place...afterall the engineers ship and nothing about the previous Alien movies indicate anything we would consider true Paradise.
Shaw discovers that the Alien God is the god of the engineers and the engineers are simply pawns, who sacrifice themselves to serve that god and create life on planets as a first step to creating breading grounds for aliens.
It will also be revealed that the Aliens (xeno) have a penis like member that penetrates a host at will. This object injects the black goo...thus explaining its origins.
Thus the alien is the master, the engineers are the slaves and the humans are just part of the evolution to the creation of alien offspring. The Engineers were once similar to us and were conquored by there out of control xeno experiment. By the end of the movie a ship is sent to investigate LV 223 with Shaw and David aboard...the Alien god wants to complete the mission to destroy earth and thus create more off spring. "Sometimes one must destroy in order to create". By the end of the movie Shaw dies...but see's her father and mother and realizes that there is something beyond all the horror she discovered. David is left on LV223 and the engineer ship which came to investigate gets infected from the xeno left behind in the first Prometheus movie and crashes on nearby LV426.
As an irony david is left alive on LV223, and realizes that future life on earth may come back to investigate (like before - due to the cave paintings). In search of there makers and find David...in there image.

MemberOvomorphNov-02-2012 3:11 PMOn the Blue Ray disc Scott says God created the engineers. That doesn't quite square with the idea that the engineers made the xenomorph and it became their God, but I guess it doesn't have to make sense.

MemberOvomorphNov-03-2012 3:34 AMI do not believe the engineers created us..simply for meat to be sacrificial offerings,because they do not seem to be religious in a poly/monotheistic sense...more in the sense Taoism...or deeply spiritual in an eco sense....
And i do not believe they know about Xenos...at this time...

The movie was originally titled "Alien Engineers"
-they definitely know about the Xeno. That is a major point of the movie for me.

So maybe to enter into a sacred place..to get her answers... she has to overcome 7 tasks....because she has to break the 7 seals...or 7 locks if you like...each time she breaks...something horrible happens like in revelation...each time she unlocks a Pandora's box...
With a back story continuing on David does he have a soul...would he need to dream...would he need a conscious..does he believe in a higher power...
Also all engineers can't be bad..their must be human sympathizers... so i'm hopping for a engineer hero..,or anti hero perhaps.,,

we expect a physically bigger entity but what about gazillions of tiny nanogods moving fluidly as one
such a retreat in form from an earlier humanoid image being deliberately taken to counter being argued with and bugged by precocious earlier children of god(s) and or by the general hassle caused by mankind
in many creation myths the first born creations werent humans and often questioned the logic of the main creator(s) one translation of Satan is "the questioner" fallen angels/ angry titans and or lesser gods tended to argue about the latest creation in their image i.e. humans and the gods were described as retreating to other realms or going dormant etc various ways of backing off from direct contact. Think of how the sumerian god went to sleep, how the celtic gods retreated to other realm as did the mayan/aztec (i think).
well you cant argue with goo now can you so a more convenient form for a god that is into continuous re-creation no?

One of the biggest piles of BS i've encountered on the site.
Also; Engineers worshipping Xenomorphs = Weak as FAWK!
The Engineers are the gods. And if anything, their relatives should be shown. Assuming the story will follow the basic basics of the whole Igigi/Annunaki thing. And we get introduced to the Annunaki. Whoever, or whatever they may be.
And THAT in itself is subjective. And just something i thought of as an alternative. Because the OP idea is terrible...

And the one Xeno at the end of Prometheus, all by it's freakin' lonesome... will affect the story.
What an arbitrary-ass thing to do...
But it always gets me thinking about how pointless that scene was... i mean, what's the Deacon gonna do? Just sit there, and wait till it dies? Because there's nothing there for it on LV-223.

A way of showing that the Urns contain a substance that through a series of events creates a Organism much like the Face Huger that then creates a Organism much like the Xeno.
Ultimately creating a connection between the Engineers Bio weapons and the Xeno.
However they could have had Shaws Baby infect maybe Vickers as she went to her room and then have a Chest Buster break from her and hunt down some crew.
And/or they could have showed Fifields mutation to be more Xeno than Cave Man.
These would have shown the connection without leaving us with a Deacon at the end of the movie...
But this does leave the movie franchise open to find out what happens next to LV 223 and the Deacon.

You can't just make shit up and make it sound like its been referenced like a new leaked script or something or no one will know what to believe. The way you wrote that it sounded like you had your hands on some script ideas or something and thats why so many people reacted like that. Try taking a scientific approach. When you are inventing a plot thats fine! Have at it. But Just for Christ sake make it clear that you are hypothesizing here and its just an idea you have for Paradise. Its very important SS. In the future follow the rules and lets try to keep this site based upon new material that is real or if you want to try your hand at script writing we would all be willing to give it a read with the very important understanding that it is YOUR idea and not a leaked bit of info.

Imagine that I state that the story of Paradise was leaked and here are the details.....then just made up a bunch of B.S. Thats pretty much just what he did!!! thank god there are those of us that can act like a peer review committee like the system in scientific publishing.

MemberOvomorphDec-22-2012 2:44 PMWhat I would like to see is an advancement of what the engineers were directly involved with (i,e) the stellar, or interstellar map of other worlds presumeably where other experiments and associations have occured on.
I hope like Empire Strikes Back the theme becomes a hell-of-a-lot more grandios in scale with revealing the depth and the magnitude of just what the hell the Engineers have truely been up to across the galaxy or our local part of it at least!

And with those who prefer the franchise to branch in its own direction, as much as possible, free of Alien. Because new ideas aren't bad, mmkay.
As for the 'script leaks', I'd say, citation needed, before further comment.
The whole point of this is lost if you keep it a secret.
