Engineers in their suits

Possibly they will show at least one in a full suit. Well at least I hope so. Is the pressure suit work under the ''other suit'' or is just the pressure suit with a helmet?

Well we see the Engineers are very Human underneath. And the Pressure suit could be just a advanced suit that offers protection to the Engineers and performs a number of tasks to help them survive and deal with harsh environments. But then we also see the full Space Jockey Suit which seems to be able to attach to the Pressure Suit and we saw a number of these lined up on the Walls beyond the Door that David walked through to get to the Orrey/Control room of the Juggernaut. The Dead Engineers and 1st running Hologram Engineers where wearing these Space Jockey Suits.... The Last Engineer for the most part and the 2nd Hologram Engineers had the Pressure Suits. To me the pressure suit is to the Engineers like a Snorkel Suit/Wet suit but one that seems to have a area that is attached to their necks and may act like Gills on a Fish. I also think these suits also act like pretty much Batmans Armour does.... The Space Jockey suit appears to me to be a suit they need for maybe out of space like a Space Suit but it also acts as a Bio Hazard suit in which it protects them to a degree from Bio Hazards but also and maybe mainly protects the Engineers from contaminating Sterile environments. Pretty Much like people who work on producing Computer Chips wear and people who are in contact with people who need to be kept in sterile environments like those with low immune systems or severe burns etc.

With their level of advancement in genetic manipulation there's no doubt that the pressure suit is a biological armor that works with the wearer's body through symbiosis. Everything BigDave typed sounds spot-on. I don't think a non-travelling Engineer would need to wear one, so if Shaw really reaches "Paradise" I'm more interested in the planet-side Engineer population, and not the Space Jockeys.

Yeah i agree with that one, or they have some ceremonial garment or religious outfit possibly. Like a type of robe or toga looking thing although I don't want them to look Roman or Greek.

I do think we would see more of the Robed Engineers than Suited ones on Paradise.... The Suits are just there for a Purpose just as Shaw and Holloway wear one on LV 223 but they never did when they uncovered the Cave Painting on the Island of Skye. Saying that though i still wonder if the Bio Mechanical Tech of the Juggernaut/Derelict and the Pressure Suits/Space Jockey suits are a Technology they had achieved from assimilating something they found and thus stole/borrowed the Bio Tech from somewhere else?

The suits are very important to them because they need to travel to worlds with toxic conditions, and also they deal with airborne menaces and acids.
