I'm really looking forward to the release of this novel and i'm hoping that it will shed some light on the mystery that is the Space Jockey and his cargo of eggs! (Wishfull thinking, i know.)

So, the most obvious question to Mr Lebbon would be:

Will there be any answers, or even just clues, as to why the Space Jockey landed on LV 426 and why he has a cargo of alien eggs?

My question to Tim:

As we all know, Ellen woke from cryosleep with no recollection of the 57 years between events of Alien and Aliens... how do you acknowledge her memory loss in your story concerning the already established canon?

Alien: Out of the Shadows bridges the gap between Alien and Aliens

I think my question will be:

Do you cover the origins of the Bishop android line and how the companies made manufacturing changes to the synthetic industry after the whole Ash incident? Bishop mentions in 'Aliens' how the Ash model was twitchy, and it is implied because of that the next generation of androids/synthetics were programmed with Isaac Asimov's 'Three Laws of Robotics'.

Will the novel reveal how much the Company knew about the Alien, Space Jockey etc before the Nostromo was re-routed?........and/or if relevant anything they knew about the Engineers/Goo/Deacon before the Prometheus mission began?

I have another question for Tim:

What was your inspiration to start a new story for Ellen Ripley inbetween the story lines of Alien and Aliens? 

Will we see any variation of the Alien life cycle or will it be the film cannon Aliens depicted such as the Drone and Warrior. Any possible chance we might see a Snake or Rhino alien?
