I got it recorded, but with no sound! d'oh! I'm scared to put it on my youtube account though. 

Personally, the footage felt haphazardly cut together from a bigger piece of footage, which speaks more for it being in the movie as a flashback as some leaks have suggested. On the other hand some of the scenes were weirdly shot and edited and didn't feel like ridley directed them. Probably second unit stuff they only made for promotional purposes like this. Which would confirm what some people watching the later half of this footage at the event have said 'It won't be in the theatrical release'

I recorded it and with sound, but how do I upload it? It is a .mov clip.

This was breathtaking! Will this be in the film?

Wow, David must be really pissed off for some reason since he punishes the unsuspecting down below :) By learning their ways whilst alone on the ship, has he found out something about them that aids him in his decision? What you think?

Guessing what David learns makes him go nuts. Lol

@Necronom yes I believe you are correct. Perhaps he found their plans to wipe out Earth, and since he seems to have formed a special relationship with the good Dr., I think something happens to her that he blames them for as well, leading to the desire to eliminate the hazard(s)...

What are the words David is speaking at the end (the bombardment/arrival)? I heard "despair", but couldn't quite make out the rest...

Ah, Fox just released the footage officially! Thank goodness. Here it is!

that is nuts....so basically Shaw is/was not aware of what David is going to do. Also If she was in Cryo when it happened and she was not in her uniform (maybe ID tag also ) she could still be alive in cryo through out the movie. In know way I could see David purposely hurting her after seeing that. 

P.S. I like her with the Long hair ;-)

I used to hate Shaw- but I figure if David likes her, I can too lol!

also could answer the hologram question the covenant finds of her operating the juggernaut. It could have been her taking off from LV223.

Where is the planet paradise located? Is it the home planet of the engineers? 

No one's really sure who this group of humanoids is yet.

They might be more like us than the Engineers.  If it's not the Engineer home planet, it's probably part of a central trade route or important to their ancient past (as others suggested).

It's possible this is the planet the Engineers evolved on long ago, and this group was left to tend to the ancient garden.

Like Shaw like she is in this clip. Longer hair and not as hysterical as in Prometheus. In this short clip, there is much more feelings built into it than whole of Prometheus. Guess it is the quality of the script/writers and dialogue.

@necronom yep...already this movie has more feeling and true emotions than Prometheus did, and that's just the supplemental material! GREAT script/writing combined with great acting...should be a monster (get it?) movie!

I find it interesting that David said, "We were finally going to meet our creator."  Does he truly see the Engineers as his creator, and not Peter Weyland?

Starlogger Yes, very easy on the eyes. That brief scene with her and David was pretty heavy and changed my mind- I used to hate her with a passion!

Seems he despised Weyand. With good reason probably. I guess he feels he has a lot in common with Shaw. Kinda feels like they're a couple :)

He drew a sketch of her- I wonder if she made a comment about wondering how she looked. I also wonder where the note book paper came from lol.

In the scene with young Weyland, David asks Weyland, "Well, if you're my creator, then who created you?"  It parallels how Shaw asks who created the Engineers, and it shows they're thinking along the same lines.  I'm thinking Shaw & David start bonding over pushing the question of who the ultimate creators at the top of the chain are back further.  Dr. Shaw might want to keep moving up the line to the 'higher-ups'

They have a lot of stuff onboard the ship that I assume does not belong there. Maybe they picked it up from the Prometheus wreckage before departing or indeed the engineers have such items stowed away on their ships. 

Or they passed by a gasstation in space lol :)

I knew about Shaw's questioning of the creator's creator so I see that correlation, however, I don't recall David and Weyland having that conversation in 'Prometheus'.  Are you referring to the scene that we see in pictures from 'A:C' where David is wearing white and Weyland is wearing black in an all white room, looking at a mountain with lake scene?  If so, where is that scene available?  I've only seen pictures.

Yeah, it's one of the opening scenes from Covenant. Those likely aren't the exact words David uses, because I haven't had a chance to see the scene.  It's one of the ones that's been screened, so there are reports about it floating around.

iTunes version of Alien just releases a Sneak Peek of Covenant today, in which there is a scene showing what @CarynDelacroix just mentioned, "David asks Weyland, "Well, if you're my creator, then who created you?""

Whoa, cant believe they have shown this, still loads of gaps though.

looks like shaw helps navigate the ship and stays in hypersleep? does she survive the crash? Gotta wait.

it looks like the ampoules are magnetically launched, but surely david would have anticipated retaliation systems when he turns hostile? They are a long way up, only a missile or laser could affect them up there.

the sequence doesnt look like ridley scotts doing, it might be in an extended cut, it still leaves so many questions, i love the mystery!
