Yeah, it's on the Bluray and was used as a promo before the first film came out.

its also been used a lot in FanEdits. 

Agent 9's "Prometheus-Special Edition" (which is spectacular-watch it now damn you!) uses this as the intro.

Another awesome FanEdit (without the improved CGI of Agent 9) is Giftbearer, by Severian. The cool thing about this one is the Alien score mixed in subtly in certain places. amazing as well, and also uses this as its first scene.

Agent 9's edit uses most of the deleted scenes as well, all of them color matched, ropes removed, CGI finished on unfinished (Fifield) scenes and so much more.

BOTH are absolutely must-see in my opinion.
