Aliens Exposed at The Calgary Expo

vWell everything got started about 8:00 p.m.Garret Wang and Emily Expo came out and introduced the show.Then Emily left and Garret was the host.I wasn't taking notes and the show was two hours,so here's my best recap of everything.
Then they started to bring out the cast in groups.the first group was Jenett Goldstein,Mark Rolston and Ricco Ross.Mark and Ricco were room mates during the production of Aliens.The entire cast had to do a boot camp.As Mark and ricco got bulkier they would have muscle "pose offs" in front of a mirror in there room.Ricco got up and showed the audience his abs.He said he got them by playing basketball.
Jennet said she didn't find the boot camp all that hard because she was already kind of athletic to do stage theatre.She said they gave her contacts to turn her blue eyes brown and got rid of her freckles.When Micheal Bain and Bill Paxton came out,Bill commented on the popularity of the film asking the audience if they'll ever have enough of the 1986 film.
The audience responded with "No".Micheal talked about an incident in the APC set were a chair caught fire and smoked them out.The whole cast agreed it was very uncomfortable because the fire mixed with some kind of paint and the fumes irritaded there lungs.The crew put out the fire and fixed everything.The cast was called back to start filming and the same thing happened again.
Then they brought out Paul Rieser and Lance Henriksen.Lance removed the Calgary Expo cover from his mike cause he said it made him feel like a hooker.Paul said he took the role because it was a small enough part that he wouldn't be able to ruin the whole movie.then Carrie Henn and Sigourney came out.Carrie talked about how she would intentional let go to early on the slide vent shute scene because the slide was four stories tall,which she thought was fun, and they'd have to do it again.
James cameron finally made a deal with her that if she did the scene right she could play on the slide for a few hours.She did the scene right after that.One of sigourneys comments about carrie is how well they bonded.She said she recomends carrying people for days while holding a flame thrower to get to know them.Danny Glover made a surprise visit in the audience and I think he asked Paul Reiser if he was getting too old for this sh&t.The Calgary Expo taped the whole thing so it should show up on there site sometime,if its not already there.
