Original Giger Artwork You Hope to See Inspire Prometheus 2

Well these could be used to inspire the landscape of "PARADISE" the Engineer's homeworld...Very dark and cold.

This building structures could be used to describe possibly a erotic type of society they are..always creating.

I feel Giger inspirations would be evident in the sequel.... just how much and what connection.

As far as that last image... well the whole giving birth concept and sexual was very much in most of his work and even the Derelict and Alien Mural that never got used had a connection, Gigers idea was the Derelict actually gave birth to the Xeno Eggs, the ship was basically a massive Bio-Mechanical Egg Factory.

Factory is a good idea but No way Dave!  what ever popped out of the pilot laid the eggs,  when hatched crawl up out the cavern. It is also possible that the ship had Urns that later turned into eggs? Yet somehow it seems that not all of this was an accident but something deliberate and sinister... 

After the inital PTS from watching Alien in my youth, I was always facinated by the design of Gigers space jockey universe.  It spurred my imagination.  Alien wasn't just about a monster hunting space truckers in a maze.  It was about the first encounter of humans with Aliens in deep space and discovering an ancient technology that is bizarre and unholy.  A type 6.6.6 civilization on the Kardashev Scale. After seeing Gigers art in books, my view of the Humanoid Jockey was that is genetically created only to fly the craft, that it has no legs and bound to the machine.  Now , although Prometheus has brought that down to Earth a bit, I still think the surreal spirital transcendance of Gigers work from Death to Afterlife might be on the palette with the next Prometheus.  Before Shaw and David can reach Paradise they must endure The Quantum machine Resurrection... Judgement Day.

This place has become a Tomb, here's why... Invasion Conspiracy  well now I would like to inject my point of view of the Gigeresque technology.  I think that both the Juggernaut and the Derelict are not only both Inter-demonsionial space craft but factories that create more terrorforming factories that can even alter worlds.  This Quantum Nano technology is beyond the DNA of the Engineers and organic life itself.  It serves as a stepping stone into the gateway beyond the surreal infinte twillight zone of a rabbit hole pandora's box trap hole time machine into Hell.  Mr Weyland most likely knew more about the Engineers from the signal fron LV 426, but had not shared the discovery with Shaw and Charlie. Unknown to the happy couple that there was a signal coming from LV 426 to LV 223 which happened to be the same planet that the archeological evidence was pointing to the Engineers home world.   It could also be that the LV system is so huge that it was not humanly possible at that time to go to LV 426 but Weyland sent advance probes to LV 426 to discover what the source of the signal was.  Perhaps these probes reach LV-426 between the time of Prometheus and the out sourced Nostromo.? What I got is this Prometheus probe stuck up my butt and I'm on a bug hunt.  Final Transmission? Shaws final journey should be quite epic.  Like a journey of the pharohs imagined taking after the star gate, full of obsticles, dangers and tests.  Shit she might even bump into some dead crew mates on the way? Right up to Judgement day from the Engineers Fake Super Computer God...then paradise and hell.  Too see paradise and have it taken from you by David.  Or I'm also cool with David taking Shaw to Paradise and they find out the Engineers are actually humans from the future but are all cloned...some cloned just to birth biomechanical construction beasts , while their souls are lost in the giger matrix. For sure Xenomorphs are weapons but also different creatures might be used like de-construction restruction machines at a nano level.  I would like to propose an Idea...it's a crazy idea  about Time traveling and loops...The signal from LV 426 is thousands of years older than LV 423 demise! Why??? cause they were time traveling with the device and it's part of the terraforming processes.  It's an Invasion from the Future to the Past where the Past is the Future 8@ All souls collected
