so assuming there is any value to this infogram:

the infogram on chemical Chemical A0-3959X.91 – 15

at the facebook page where this was released the following statement is found:

Declassified: In researching the aftermath of Project Prometheus, Weyland Industries managed to uncover an information manual written by the Engineers concerning a chemical agent found by the Prometheus crew. Linguistic components from the original document translated by a Weyland Industries’ cybernetic individual

questions

"in researching the aftermath" . who researched the aftermath ??

weyland industries it seems.

when did they do this research?

after the events of prometheus .

when was the tranlation done during the events or after the events of prometheus?

after the events of prometheus.

who was the cybernetic individual who did the ranslation ??

a david 8 but a diffferent one to david .

do you agree with the answers i provide ?? if not what would you answer to those questions ?

what i am really asking here is:

does all of this imply that there was a follow up mission to lv 223 by weyland industries or was all of this transmitted back to earth by david ??

ODUODU - You have raised an exceedingly compelling question! Hmm...I am currently uncertain of how this information came to be in the hands of Weyland Industries. However, if David is responsible for their having acquired it, the implications for the next film are staggering! Thank you so much for presenting this extremely thought-provoking presentation! :)

The one big question about this on my mind is if Cybernetic Individual D939 1WEY is actually David.

All other priorities rescinded.

Both are possible...

David did study the effects, he did also sugest this when he said to Shaw "the Engineers was in the process of leaving before things went to pot," Shaw asked "where to?" David said "Earth" and she then said "why?" and he responded "sometimes to create one must first destroy"

Now with a IQ of 350 and some knowledge on how to grasp their language did he read and uncover clues along the way in the Temple? Or did his higher IQ lead to better intuition?

If so he may have had time to compile some information and send it back to Weyland via a message or even some other way...

But also a follow up mission could find out this information, which maybe could be a reason for doing a LV 223 plot in Prometheus 2 as rumoured... features more Davids.

The file itself has so many holes to what we saw in Prometheus... but by seeing the effects of the Goo David is bringing with him to Paradise, and also potential other effects encountered by a 2nd mission to LV 223.

In both cases they could show us effects that are tailored to fit those findings in the Weyland Document.
