Spores, malleable neomorph's, throatbursters, which new elements do you find most intriguing or horrifying ?

which is the more interesting way to go? I think the more terrifying way to go is definitely (via spore) not knowing you're infected until it's downright excruciating! I can tell you when I first viewed the backburster scene in the trailer, well, that's what got me totally amped for this film. I mean, I've been beyond looking forward to it anyway but I think what we missed in Prometheus, that level of fear, we're certainly going to experience in this one. It may not be quite as cerebral, but that level of action and terror (that many of us missed with Prometheus) looks to be there in spades!

I hope he can give fans clues to the Xenomorph a bit more to please them a bit... and allow Alien 5 to cover it in more detail.

So that he can in a sequel than cover the Engineers and Agenda a bit more... depends how much this next movie covers.. but i hope they cover it a bit more in the next movie...

Leaving the 3rd movie to cover the Space Jockey Event... be it a event after AC Timeline... or a Event after the downfall of the Engineers 2000 years ago time line.

Myself it think they are being clever...

P2 was set up to be different... its changed since Fox saw fans care more for Xeno and Ripley  and Alien 5...

So P2 has been re-wrote we are not entering at a Post P2 Plot... it would be like after the disappointment of SW EP1 Phantom Menace the fans get SW EP3 Revenge of the Sith...

Allowing them to then tailor SW EP 2 Attack of the Clones to be released after and changed to fit in with Fans Perseption of SW EP3

This i feel is Ridleys Coming in from the Rear End comment

AC will loosely cover a aftermath of David on Paradise.. it will loosely tease clues to the Xeno.. so they can expand in another movie that AC is directly connected to Alien but then it may not be... it will be left vague and ambiguous..

The next movie i feel will then cover the Engineers more, and maybe what happened post AC... it will maybe cover what happened to Paradise after David arrived a bit.. and a bit more Engineer History..... but it will also in another timeline follow the survivors of the AC movie....  the next movie could lead clues to suggest the Xeno and Space Jockey event happened in the past.

So fans get Two movies... one that teases a Xeno/Derelict Post year 2104.... The other in part (flash backs) cover and tease the Xeno/Derelict being a event thousands of years ago..

FOX and Ridley then see Fans Reactions....

Then Cater the 3rd movie that ANSWERS EVERYTHING... based on the reception of the Two other movies..

To me this makes Sense...

As far as what i find Horrific...

Sorry but nothing so far...... nothing in the trailers...

But after hearing of the Shower Scene... and the Chest Buster Topping Scene banged on about for a year... Then those leaked Baby-Head Aliens... and Spore leak...

I had a theory...

Spores infect a Female who is Pregnant (Covenant has couples) she does  not  know she is infected.. gets back to ship... feels bit unwell... has a Shower... Partner joins her..

She gets Belly Busted with the Baby-Head Xeno...

Alien Chest Buster Beating Scene....

But alas this is not the case.....THINK THEY JUST NEED to let me write the next movie ;)

HAPPY NEW YEAR ! You guys are making me think , before writing I watched the 1979 Alien again , sinply put , beautiful. Sometimes less is more , and I used to be embarrassed saying that I thought , in my humble opinion , that Alien was so great , even compared to aliens , I think that they are simply two different movies , and that's okay ! :-) I'm wanting more of the realism of alien , what one xeno did with a crew of seven ...
