Has Prometheus foreshadowed the Covenant planet?

Hey Guys,

One big question left unanswered in the Prometheus movie was the opening scenes, showing an unknown planet.

Was it prehistoric Earth or perhaps already Paradise from Covenant movie?

would be really cool to see Ridley and his crew already foreshadowing 2012 what is to come now in 2017. Although i doubt they already knew the further installment to come, i did hear that most of what we are seeing now is plots they deliberately took out of Prometheus to create sequels and mystique.

You must admit that the environment from beginning of Prometheus and Covenant look very similar.
