I think it could be David... but then this could be some other being who David latter encounters and screws over and steals the Cloak from...

It depends on if these bodies have been around for a long time prior to this person in the cloak

I also think Big Dave has a point about David screwing someone over and taking on their identity. The question really is, who did he screw over in that case?

I think evidence points to David dorking over either Shaw or Walter, possibly both...
