I think he is vomiting blood in that scene and that's the reason of the blood on Ejogo's jeacket.

Set visitors also spoke of the guy spitting black blood.So yeah probably the spore infected guy about to have an itchy back.

I'd say this is way before the first Proto/Xeno ever shows up.

Yeah some thing did say something about vomiting blood l.That's why there's blood on Amy Seimetz face they say 

if this is the case aqnd this is probably towards the end of act 1, beginning of act 2, it would appear that Carmen Ejogo isn't it in the film long which is a shame as I think she is a great actress!

If you look hard in the background, there's a blue dot. That's Shaw. So the blood has to be Shaw's.

Holy cow @Starlogger I hadn't noticed that yet.  Damn, she is everywhere in this movie.  What was all the bs about her not being in this movie?  Probably Ridley pulling the wool over our eyes again.

I think we could be prepared to be shown that the Trailers actually dont show the Events how they are actually played out...

Trailers are Misleading and so indeed maybe they could face a threat first...  but then it would beg the Question as to Quarantine Procedures from this point.

The Person with Carmen Ejogo we have to assume is Rigby AKA Back Burster but again like the Shot of the Chest Buster (Crudup) these Actors in these scenes do not look 100% like Crudup and Rigby

I wander if this Person is the Person in this shot

However this would suggest indeed they are already facing a threat prior to the Neomorphs.

However the OT Photo we see Ejogo's coat with Blood which she has this coat on the floor when she is in the trailer being attacked by the unseen Back Burster.
