There are red herrings everywhere 

Perfect scenario is the Jockster being top of the food chain ( above Engineers) and a few thousand years ago,  his mission backfires and he gets bursted by the very thing he is shipping / picking up, dropping off...

Ridders has already quoted the Jock is an Engineer, which is disappointing, but could be another red herring and changed

The way things are heading with Davids meddling , the film after AC could well be the fate of the covenant's 2000 passengers ( eggs? )

The eggs are transportable and could be handled by David, so perhaps the eggs under the Derelict could end up as Davids work ( with a splash of Walter regenerative features)

Shaw being the Jock is perhaps one step to far, and you would see uproar in the Theatres worldwide from Alien Fans!

What if that derelict was actually going to paradise, part of some kind war....thousands of years ago. And it was 1 of many.

I had the same Shaw theory last year but it was not popular at all. :)

Its possible but as i put on previous topics i think it would be unlikely,  but we cant be sure.

I can buy Shaw getting into a SJ suit and then mutates to grow out of the Chair.

But i cant see what Reason Shaw would have with those Eggs, and where she was going to go with them, unless David ends up on LV-223 Turns the Covenant Crew into Eggs

Loads them up to another Ship, but then someone Hijacks the Ship to prevent him from taking the to Earth but they got Face Hugged at some point and so they performed a Sacrificial Deed.

Or does David doe this or Walter body with Davids Soul etc a Act of Redemption?

Who knows..

I cant see how Shaw or another Human would learn to even Take Off in a Engineer Ship unless its Shaw and David thought her how.

Anything is possible for who the Space Jockey is, if they are now going for this event and those Eggs to have been created after the events of Prometheus.

But i think this is not the case.. at least i hope not.
