Below are samples of the biology we have seen on Paradise.
Notice the blood above?
Here, the teeth look also silver-ish. If you zoom in.
And no, I'll not do another picasso. ;P

Yes, both creatures appear to have silver teeth. That is interesting since I always figured the metallic looking teeth would be a later result and be the xeno. The teeth didn't appear metallic in the RUN poster imo.
The run-poster has a green teint to it, that might've misled you, dk.
Now that looked again the neo seems to have silver teeth, too.

I think that You might be right. This could be the Protomorph but in a different lighting. "Magnificent, is'nt it?"
"Bees have hives, man"
Yep! I'd wager it's a shot from the shower scene.

Tiwaz, here is the xenomorph image above enhanced and zoomed in on the lit up side. I do see a faint eye socket and maybe an eye in it similar to the enhanced photo on the xenomorph that was on top of the drop ship.
(feel free to correct me on xenomorph terminology, I've been focused on android and Engineer everything)
The eye on the left of each image above looks visible under semi-transparent skin.
It was Giger's original design that the xeno has an elongated "human skull" under a translucent carapace but without eyeballs or nose, just the cavities or whatever it is called. Same is said to be true for the protomorph.
Howener, the difference between those two is that the proto doesn't have the biomechanical traits. The armor, so to speak, the Xeno has.

What puzzles me bout the proto/xeno (picture above) is the existence of the gab in the "bone structure" between the eye sockets. Wich the original Xeno doesn't have.
Assuming the skull is something gained from the host i wondered if the gap indicates that the proto did not spawn from a human.

Been playing with some ideas for a variation of the Xeno/Proto for my works, based on the idea that David's had a decade of experimenting-time, so he likely has a large managerie of almost-successes and such.

dk, Tiwaz, Parkerparrot, Blackwinter-witch in regards to the silver teeth, could it be polarized silicon instead of metal?
Of course, an exotic biologically refined silicon but something in the same biology as a facehugger. We are talking about the protomorph organic (below) as far as the teeth.
Once we get into biomechanical the debate is kind of over because the hybrid material (organic/metal) variations are limitless.
I say this because Ash in Alien said the facehugger was made of this and I can only assume these traits would be in the offspring (protomorph/xenomorph Thank you Tiwaz)?
Well, Ingeniero. It doesn't even need to be exotic. From what i know silicon based life is possible, in theory, but not likely, due to the chemical properties or better the lack of it.
However, silicon is used in bioengineering (directed evolution yada yada yada...). Since the Morphs are engineered species it isn't far fetched that silicon is part of their physiology.

Silicon based life exists...in the form of bacteria living in the guts of critters that live very close to hydrothermal vents, where said silicon-based bacteria are akin to our own 'friendly' intestinal bacteria and performs the same job, but on insanely toxic substances.
Blew my mind when I heard about that. Silicon based life needs HIGH temperatures for it to work, hence the hydrothermal vent biology.

Metallic teeth, or a metal-doped crystalline structure, say aluminum and silicon/quartz-like material...an ALIEN version of the enamel that our own teeth are made of. Alumina-silicate would make for VERY strong teeth
Kyanite, as example, or some version of with a low-blue coloration would give you a 'metallic/crystalline grey' appearance. It's used in abrasives, so tough stuff, and I just post this as a rough-example of possible Alien dental composition.

Awesome points Tiwaz and Blackwinter-witch. And Kyanite is an excellent natural occurring example in so many ways.
TY for saying! Glad you liked my thoughts on the dentistry of the beastie :)

Blackwinter-witch, yes, that is a very popular aspect of the organism...
@Ingeniero
In that tilted picture with the headbutting Protomorph You can clearly see the transparent dome with the ridges under. Beautiful shot!
@BWW
Nice theory about the teeth with cilicon and aluminium/kyanite! I have allways wondered about the xenos metallic teth. Very nice!
"Bees have hives, man"
I did a capture on the Xenomorph from the trailers before, where it is on the Covenant in the Corridors and indeed it had Eye-sockets and a Nose-Cavity.
As far as the first image in the Post, it could be a Neomorph but then Tess Haubrich was attacked by a Infant Neomorph in the other trailer and this is where she got those wounds from.
So it could be a different Organism all together, time will tell.
I dont like the look of the New Monster though, i hope they improve the CGI on this one and how there is No Mouth and then a Massive one... Looks very Poor IMO

Thank you Parkerparrot.
I adjusted the contrast and brightness in the title images so the resolution in the CGI may look plastic BigDave.
Yeah even so frame by frame i am a bit disappointed with the New Monster we have been shown, as far as how the Mouth appears...
Hopefully it will look a bit different when the movie is FINISHED.
The one we see in the TV Spot does look like one of the Deacon Concepts
