They do seem to look different to the LV-223 and Sacrificial Engineers i will give you that, and the beings depicted in the Hall of Head Statues look more Engineers, well Elder Engineers.

Could they be the result of the sacrificial engineer in the beginning of Prometheus?

I think this is the same beings we see in the opening of Prometheus. How do they differ?

No females apparently. Maybe it's just the one picture though.

Necronom- These guys are pink, not blue. Also they just feel too rustic to be Engineers, at least the type in Prometheus.

Is this the planet from the very beginning of Prometheus? So, these people are the offspring of that sacrificial engineer?

I could of sworn in that video that was just released said Planet 4 by the crew or Scott.

They could well be a sub-race of the Engineer genotype. Ever seen a Zulu-ancestry person, as example? They're Human, but quite different in height and body-structureappearance than pretty much any other sub-race on Earth.
Then we can also look at the Neanderthalensis in our history, which had a different body structure, but was still Human and able to interbreed with Homo Sapiens.

Indeed Blackwinter-witch the Source i had did suggest that we are the 4th or 5th Generation of our kind, and so maybe these are a earlier Generation?

They indeed could be related to us and the Engineers but all 3 Species are different, maybe only by Evolution.
