Pointed out the Dud Cryo-Chamber from a shot released a long time back now, well one of the first released images.

Notice where the Cables to the Cryo-Chambers go...  The maybe Faulty One has something missing... compare where the Arrow is pointing to, then look at the area of the others.

Maybe Walter has found a component that has compromised a Cryo-Pod
